Tips to Boost Your Productivity and Collaboration with Jamy.ai
Jamy.ai offers more than just automated note-taking. Here are some tips to help you increase your productivity and improve collaboration with your team using Jamy.ai.
1. Connect your calendar
To start using Jamy to take notes from your meetings, you first have to connect your work calendar. We support both Outlook and Google calendars.
You can connect you calendar by going to Settings > Calendar Connection
Once you connect your calendar, you'll be able to choose which meeting you want an assistant to join and take notes from. You will also be able to see all of your meetings inside the Jamy calendar in order to manually choose which ones you want your assistant to join.
2. Configure your meeting settings
If you don't want to manually choose which meetings you want your assistant to join, you can choose one of our out of the box configurations:
You can configure your meeting settings by going to Settings > Calendar Connection
3. Customize your notifications
We include a range of notification options. From how meeting reports are sent to task completed notifications. You can decide if notifications are activated or not. You can also customize how Jamy is presented when joining your calls. Our goal is that you make Jamy your own and it adapts to your preferences and needs.
You can configure your notifications by going to Settings > Notifications
4. Explore our integrations with productivity tools
You can connect Slack to receive meeting reports there. You can also ask Jamy questions about a particular meeting and get responses in the Slack thread. We also support integrations with Monday and Trello that enable you to add Tasks that Jamy extracted from your calls directly to your boards.
To connect these integrations go to the Settings > Integrations
5. Chat with Jamy about your meetings
Jamy not only generates reports from your meetings, but can also answer any question related to the meeting itself. It's like if chatGPT was trained with the content of your meeting. You can ask questions from the Meeting Detail chat or directly from Slack.
